Workforce Data Collection

The Workforce Data Collection report lists assessor and FE Workforce data entered on the Workforce Data tab.

Parameters

• Centre - Filters on the selected centres.
• Provider / Contractor - Filters on the selected contractors (note that contractors are used for the Provider field in FE Workforce).
• Job roles - Filters on the selected roles. As multiple roles can be assigned to an assessor, the report will show assessors who have any of the roles selected in the parameter.
• Campus - Filters on the selected campuses.
• Employment period start / end - The report shows records where the Employment Start and End dates coincide with the selected date range at any point. Both parameters default to the current date, which effectively shows all assessors who are currently employed.
• FE Workforce exports - This determines whether the report shows only records that have been exported, only records that have not been exported, or both.

Layout

The report groups FE Workforce records by assessor, showing the assessor's name, date of birth and centre in the group header.

The Hourly rate, Annual salary and Reason for leaving fields are not included on the report, as these are deemed potentially sensitive and not appropriate for a report. While we do not expect the remaining fields to be significantly sensitive for internal use by providers, it is recommended that the fields are reviewed and access to the report is restricted to users as required.
